Modernized Building Management System (BMS) for Sustainable Operations

Our BMS system achieves precise control of temperature and humidity, essential for environments with stringent climate requirements:

Temperature Regulation: Accurate to within 0.5 °C (±0.25 °C), compared to typical building standards of 2 °C (±1 °C).

Humidity Control: Controlled to within 10% (±5%), compared to standard building settings of 20% (±10%).

The entire system operates under a single computer-controlled network that utilizes advanced algorithms across distributed nodes, each with independent control units. The system supports remote monitoring and control from any location worldwide as well as locally on-site.

Our facility includes over 50,000 data points, with sensors that measure variables such as:

  • Temperature
  • Humidity
  • Gas Concentrations (e.g., CO₂, O₂)
  • Flow Velocity
  • Pressure
  • Performance
  • Power (Wattage)
